How Do I Place an Order?
Buying from Chade's Bicycle Company is easy and secure. You don't have to fill out a registration form or download software to shop here. When you place an order, you can feel confident that your credit card information is protected by our secure server. Simply place an order over the phone by calling 817-555-6600.

Is My Information Secure?
The transmission of your order is done using 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is the standard for secure data transmission over the Internet. This provides a secure connection between a web browser and a web site server. Once we receive your information we do not share it with anyone.

How Long Does Delivery Take?
The bicycles ship promptly via Fed Ex or UPS ground and will arrive in 3-10 days. If for some reason the time will be longer, we will notify you of the status of your order. If you need to receive the bike by the second day or next day, please email us with your address and the item you are wishing to purchase and we will provide a shipping quote for you.

Does My Bike Come Assembled?
The bikes ship approximately 85-90% assembled. Generally speaking, the bikes are set up in a manner to be able to fit in the box for shipping. The major and technical parts will already be set up. This includes the derailleurs, shifters, chain, rear wheel and brakes. You will need to attach the pedals, seat and seat post, front tire, and handlebars. These are not difficult parts to attach, but you if you have problems with it, we recommend taking your bicycle to a local bike shop and having a qualified mechanic look it over. They will do this at very reasonable rates and is a basic tune up.

What if My Bike is Damaged in transit?
Once you receive your bicycle, immediately look it over to make sure everything is in good condition, and if the box is damaged, note it with the delivery driver. If there is damage, call or email us and provide your name, and order number and exactly what is damaged or missing. We will quickly send replacement parts or if necessary, a replacement bike to you.

What is Your Return Policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will do everything we can to correct the problem for you. All of the bicycles are covered under their respective manufacturer's warranty and are sold brand new in the original packaging. If a part is missing or there is damage to the bicycle, contact us immediately and we will promptly take care of the problem. We will accept product returns for up to 10 days after receiving the product. You must contact us in advance for a return authorization number. A restocking fee may apply and shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on bicycles that are damaged by excessive customer abuse.

Does My Bike Have a Warranty?
Every item Chade's Bicycle Company carries is covered by a warranty from the individual manufacturers. Generally, warranties cover defects from normal use. Damage from abuse, neglect, accidents, and racing are not covered under warranty. It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer to repair or replace defective merchandise. If you have questions, feel free to contact us, and for more specific information, please read the manuals included in the product packaging. We work daily with the bike manufacturers and ensure that any warranty issue is taken care of promptly.

Warranty:
Chade's Bicycle Company will extend to its customers any manufacturer's warranty on merchandise we sell but, otherwise, we make no warranty, express or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of the merchandise in our website. Chade's Bicycle Company shall not be responsible for the proper use of the merchandise sold and the customer is urged to exercise caution and take all necessary safety measures in using the merchandise. Chade's Bicycle Company urges you to wear a helmet and use lighting regardless of the legal requirements pertaining thereto in your particular state.

THE LIABILITY OF Chade's Bicycle Company SHALL IN NO EVENT, EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE INCLUDING FOR EXAMPLE, BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR FOR PERSONAL INJURIES OR DAMAGES TO PROPERTY.
